Care approaches & techniques

Chiropractic Paediatrics

Many parents seek chiropractic care for their children to better understand their health and support their development. Dr Paul has completed a three-year Paediatric Diplomate through the ICA and provides gentle, individualised care tailored to each stage of growth. Pregnancy care is also supported through Webster Technique certification.

Applied Kinesiology

A muscle testing approach used to assess how the body is functioning and adapting. By exploring connections between muscles, joints, and other systems, Applied Kinesiology helps us better understand contributing factors to dysfunction and guide care that supports improved balance and function.

Visceral Biomechanics

Visceral Biomechanics focuses on how the internal structures of the body move and interact. This gentle approach can be used to address areas of tension and support normal movement and function, which may help with musculoskeletal discomfort and overall wellbeing.

Mothers, babies & children

During Pregnancy

Chiropractic care during pregnancy focuses on supporting your body as it adapts to change. Techniques are gentle and tailored to each stage, with care centred around maintaining movement, comfort, and overall function.

Care may assist with managing common musculoskeletal discomforts during pregnancy, such as back tension, pelvic discomfort, and changes in posture.

Babies & Children

Many parents seek care to better understand their child's health and development, especially when something doesn't feel quite right.

Infants and children can experience a range of minor challenges as they grow and adapt. Gentle, age-appropriate techniques are used to support comfort, movement, and overall function.

Care is always tailored to your child's stage of development, with a focus on providing a calm, supportive environment for both you and your child.

Understanding the body beyond the surface.

We take the time to look beyond symptoms and better understand how your body is functioning as a whole.

Every person — and every child — presents differently. Our focus is on identifying areas of stress or imbalance, and supporting the body's ability to adapt, regulate, and move with more ease over time.

Care is always individualised. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, we tailor each approach based on your history, presentation, and goals — whether that involves supporting development, improving movement, or guiding you through a period of change.

Our aim is to provide clarity, thoughtful care, and a process you feel informed and comfortable with at every step.
